My job is to position it effectively to solicit the right kind of interest so you get the best possible price for your home in the shortest amount of time.

How a home presents has a direct effect on the success of your sale. I use professional photography to capture the great aspects of your home along with virtual tours, floor plans, feature sheets and more.

Positioning

Pricing your home is one of the most important contributing factors in getting top dollar in today's market. The last thing we want to do is leave money on the table when selling your home - On the opposite side, we want to avoid overpricing your home - Pricing your home too high initially may end up getting you less for the house than if you would have priced it appropriately in the first place. I can help price your home to sell – for the best value and with respect to your timelines.

Negotiating & Minimizing

Problems

I'll negotiate on your behalf as if it was my own home I were selling. While you will ultimately make the decision on whether to accept an offer, I will work hard to ensure that the offer received is a competitive one and contains clauses to protect us as the seller. I will oversee the conditions are met in a timely manner so we can get the sold sign up and move on to the next chapter.
